To cancel your subscription you will need to raise a support ticket, or send us an email. A support representative will ask you for your WorldPay FuturePay Agreement ID.
We cannot cancel a subscription without this. This agreement number was emailed to you upon your purchase. Once we have that information we can cancel your subscription. Your license will continue to work until the end of the billing period.
